TJ Hardcastle has received a license from Cross the Seams to use the CROSS THE SEAMS system when instructing baseball and softball players. When you sign up to allow your children to take lessons with TJ Hardcastle, you are dealing directly with TJ Hardcastle and your children are taking lessons from TJ Hardcastle, not Cross the Seams Baseball & Softball Training LLC ("Cross the Seams"). TJ Hardcastle is not an employee of or affiliated with Cross the Seams. When you sign up for lessons with TJ Hardcastle, you will also need to subscribe to a membership with Cross the Seams. That is done with a separate agreement between you and Cross the Seams that you may find on the third-party website accessible via the portal found on TJ Hardcastle's webpage. The third-party website accessible via the portal will also allow parents of players to review announcements from TJ Hardcastle, message TJ Hardcastle directly, see what sessions TJ Hardcastle has available, book sessions with TJ Hardcastle, and pay for sessions with TJ Hardcastle. Via this third-party website, parents of players coached by TJ Hardcastle may also access certain content that is part of the CROSS THE SEAMS system directly from Cross the Seams and access other tools provided by Cross the Seams on the third-party website. While TJ Hardcastle has a license to use certain CROSS THE SEAMS system materials, TJ Hardcastle is not employed by or otherwise affiliated with Cross the Seams. Cross the Seams is not responsible for the acts and omissions of TJ Hardcastle and TJ Hardcastle is not responsible for Cross the Seams.
